The A2Z Childcare.was.formed.by.Zuzana.Mikulska and Sevdalina Belcheva,two great nannies with 15 years of combined experience in childcare who are experienced in working with families and nannies to develop the best childcare solution. Our aim is to provide a professional nanny placement services for families and nannies within the London area. We place the highest priority on children and childcare!

...for the past 12 years Zuzana spent working as a Nanny,a Maternity nurse, a Night Nanny, and a Proxy Parent for various families, she has also finished 2 years of Montessori teaching with MCI London.This unbeatable practical experience made her further understand the importance of the relationship between the parents and the nanny, how difficult it is for parents to find the right nanny who they can trust and also how difficult it is for a nanny to find a family who will respect and appreciate her/his work. In 2006, Zuzana spent 5 weeks in India, voluntarily working with orphans. ...Because Every Child Matters... Zuzana together with her business partner Sevdalina decided to help children in need by automatically donating them 5% of fee parents pay for the services they offer.

...Sevdalina.holds.bachelor.degree.in English Philology, she is a trained English teacher and has upgraded her passion for children by finishing Montessori training with MCI London. As a formal nanny with 3 years experience and soon 'mum to be', Sevdalina has always been co-operating with families and nannies , focusing on their unique job requirement, trying to match the family with the nanny where each is respected and valued by the other and where each understands the needs of the other.
