• Fully qualified or highly experienced live-in and live-out Nannies,
• Mother’s helps-A mother's help usually works alongside the parent helping with childcare and general household work.
Mother's helps are unlikely to have formal childcare qualifications,
but may be experienced.
• Nanny-housekeeper - Full or part time, live in or live out
• Temporary Nannies
• After school Nannies - A nanny who comes to your home after
school to help with homework, driving to children's activities,
cooking dinner, etc.
• Night nannies - Helpful for a few days or until your baby
sleeps through the night.
• Maternity nurses- Specially trained to take care of new babies
for up to three months after the birth. They generally live with the family.
• Montessori teachers
• Au-pairs- A single female or male aged 17-27 who wishes to live with a host family in order to improve their foreign language. An Au-Pair should live as a member of a family undertaking some household and child care duties. In return, she should be given full board and lodgings, pocket money, support and friendship.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN NANNY AND PARENT

A2Z childcare agency works to develop relationship based on trust,understanding and communication between the nanny and parent. The family and nanny should complete this agreement, sign it and forward the copy to us. It provides a good basis for a mutual understanding of the nanny position and the expectation of the job.
